The genius John Law

For a book printed in it's first edition 1705 it is the most modern book i ever had read. John Law had a perfect way to describe economical facts for people who did not know what he was talking about. In 1705 it was naturally because he was the first one to introduce paper money in a big economy as the french. But he mentioned in his book that the sweeds was first in modern time (The Palmstruch bank 1661-1668). Now it is perfect for people like an industrial worker like me to learn why water is worthless because it is plenty of it and gold is valuable because it is so rare. But most of all it tell us how the balance in a paper money economy must work. He knew it and our politic economists know it but it often fails because of gready people. Read it and enjoy to have the capability to understand what a genius from moore than 300 years ago had to tell us.

More than 200 years of pure economical knowledge

I think this is a must read for every person that really wants to know more about economic science. John Law started making himself a simple question, why is that Netherlands is making better than Scotland? From there he makes a deep analysis for his time that is quite accurate today as well.
