Joyful, heartbreaking, startling, empowering...

Going on this journey with the author, along with David and his parents, is a tumultuous emotional journey. The author brings to light the tremendous emotional and financial toll of parenting a child with learning disabilities. But this captivating book also celebrates the victories encountered when parents, educators, medical professionals and other support systems work together to turn learning disabilities into growing opportunities.
